If you’re a peanut butter fan like I am, I’m sure that you love a good peanut butter cookie every once in a while.. okay let’s be honest with cookies there’s never just one because they’re just too darn addicting.
What about if you could eat 10 of them in one sitting and not feel the tad bite guilty, wouldn’t that be something. Well guess what, you can!
Makes: 10 cookies
1/2 cup white beans
1/2 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp peanut protein flour or PB2
1 egg white
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tbsp milk
Preheat oven to 350.
Mash beans until you have a puree consistency and add in egg white.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients ending with the milk only if needed.
Place spoonfuls of batter onto baking mat and bake for 12-15 mins!
Remove and enjoy!
