vegan tofu cookie balls! 

I love tofu and no I’m not vegan or a vegetarian. 

I tried it, and it didn’t work for me, at least not at the point of my life that I am in now. I realized when I was waking up at midnight and craving chicken and tuna that it was time to go back to my normal eating habits. 

Anyways about these cookies though! Gluten free, vegan , packed with protein and delicious?! Can you get any better! 


Recipe

Makes: 10 small balls 

50 grams tofu 

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/3 water/almond milk
1.5 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 scoop vanilla vegan protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sweetener
Directions
Start by mashing your tofu. Slowly add in the rest of the ingredients, ending with the almond milk
Your batter should be fairly thick but airy
Spoon batter into balls onto baking mat
Bake for 25 mins at 350.
