Tropical Breakfast Pizza

Oh boy was this ever perfect especially with the cold yucky weather. It actually made me feel like for the 10 minutes I was eating it, I was down south enjoying the unlimited pina coladas while relaxing on the beach. Sounds nice right? well i suggest you make this!



  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

Preheat oven to 350 and then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix up all ingredients until you have a nice batter that isn’t too runny. If you find that it needs a little more stabilization, than you can add more protein or flour.

Spread out on pan to your desired pizza size and then bake for 20 mins.

Now becomes the creative part! I topped mine with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, dried pineapple, cashews, papaya, coconut flakes and banana! Use your imagination and see what you can come up with!
